A banquet will be held at 6:30pm on Wednesday, May 2nd, at the Signature Room at the 95th. Located atop the John Hancock Center, the Signature Room offers contemporary American Cuisine with breathtaking views of Chicago.

Dinner is included in the registration fee. The menu includes:

  • Signature Caesar Salad with Asiago Croutons
  • Sautéed Petite Filet of Beef and Seared Atlantic Salmon with Roasted Shallot Cream Sauce
  • Chef's Selection of Potato and Vegetable
  • White and Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake with Raspberry Coulis
  • Wine and Coffee

A Cash Bar with Hors d'Oeuvre Selections will precede dinner.
