Call For Abstracts

Participants will have the opportunity to present scientific papers as follows:

• Poster presentations (4' in width x 4' in height)
• Oral presentations

Selection of abstracts for oral or poster presentations will be based on the assessment of the scientific committee. The abstract review procedure will be completed within 30 days from the deadline for abstract submission and the authors will be notified immediately. The acceptance of the general abstracts will be completed by March 15th.

GUIDELINES FOR PREPARATION:

1. The entire abstract with title, author(s), full address (and e-mail if possible), and text must be typed on one page of 8-1/2 in x 11 in with 1 in margins on all sides.
2. The presenting author must be underlined.
3. The title must be written in capital and bold.
4. The text must be single spaced and must be typed in Arial 11 pt.
5. It must be presented in Microsoft WORD format.
6. Your text will appear in the Book of Abstracts exactly as you send it and every error or imperfection of the original, will show up.

Please make every effort to follow the above guidelines as closely as possible.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION:

1. The abstract must be sent by e-mail as an attached file (Word format):
   epr@epr2007.org
2. In the body of the email, please include the name of the presenter, sex, degree, area of specialization, address, telephone number, and whether the abstract is for a poster or an oral presentation.
3. For every abstract accepted for presentation (oral or poster) in the Conference and publication in the Book of Abstracts, the Registration Fee for at least one of the authors will have to be paid.

Please contact epr@epr2007.org if a confirmation has not been sent to the Presenting Author within 15 days.
